Terry Irwin to give talk on KPIs to company leaders from CIS countries – June 2014
TCii Managing Director and CEO Terry Irwin is to give a presentation on key performance indicators (KPIs) to high-level representatives of major businesses based in Russia, Belarus and Azerbaijan, who will be visiting London in mid-June.
The event, which will take place on the morning of 17 June, has been set up by the London-based European Business Union, which organises a range of seminars, conferences and other events, many of them aimed at companies from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
The visiting delegates have a keen interest in business performance management, and KPIs in particular. They are all board-level executives working in fields such as insurance and banking, who have been tasked with designing appropriate KPI systems for their companies. Terry will be talking to them about various important aspects of KPIs, including:
- the different types of KPIs
- the characteristics of KPIs
- approaches to designing KPIs
- how to implement KPIs successfully
- how to monitor and measure KPIs
- the impact of KPIs on the balanced scorecard.
He will illustrate his points with case studies about KPI projects that TCii has carried out for clients. There will then be a round-table discussion so that delegates can raise questions and issues of special importance to them.
This presentation is a closed event, but if you would like to know more about KPIs and how they could improve the performance of your business, please email Terry or call him on 020 7099 2621. You can also find relevant information in his white paper Key performance indicators.
