TCii and RW Learning to run joint event on pivotal people management issues – 23 September 2015
TCii Managing Director Terry Irwin will be one of the two main speakers at an event entitled “People Management: Effective Strategies for Leadership and Business Growth”, to be held in London on Wednesday 23 September 2015.
Terry’s presentation will delve into subjects such as:
- why talent is so important to a business
- why businesses need a talent strategy
- what the major challenges are
- talent strategy best practices
and will offer extra tips on developing and implementing a successful talent strategy.
Ian Rothwell, Managing Director of RW Learning, will talk about the need for organisations to build resilience at individual, leader and organisational level. His presentation will encompass the various compelling reasons why businesses need to get this right, including the potential negative effects on employees’ physical and mental well-being if they don’t.
Owner-managers, operations managers, senior executives and HR professionals will all gain valuable insights and knowledge from both these presentations, and will take away ideas that they can immediately put into action.
