TCii Managing Director Terry Irwin will be one of the main speakers at an event entitled “Preparing for a Successful Business Exit”, to be held in London on 5 April 2017. The event is the next in the series of Business Clinics organised by London-based accountancy and business advisory firm Sakura Business Solutions. Its theme will be the importance of planning in advance for your exit, to maximise the return from your entrepreneurial efforts and minimise the stress involved in the process.
This month TCii Managing Director Terry Irwin gave a presentation entitled “The Non-Executive Director Role” to the NED Interest Group of XTEND (formerly The Executive Network). The presentation focused on how to go about getting an NED role and what organisations are looking for in an NED. Terry also passed on a number of tips and quotes from practising NEDs.
The talk was aimed at executives looking to start building or extending their NED portfolio, and took the form of an interactive discussion rather than a traditional presentation.
