TCii customer care policy

TCii Ltd is committed to ensuring that every client becomes a reference client for us. To that end our customer care policy firstly encompasses how we establish expectations and agree plans and objectives. We then move on to cover how we will communicate with our clients – and ways in which they can communicate with us outside of these parameters should the need arise.

Separate to these we have a policy on how complaints from clients will be communicated and addressed.
