Terry Irwin is the founder and CEO of TCii Strategic and Management Consultants. Born and brought up in Wales, he studied Economics and Marketing at university, followed by an MBA.

Before setting up TCii, Terry spent over 20 years in the corporate world with GSK and Henkel, managing consumer goods and services businesses, living in 14 different countries and working in 30 in Europe, North America, Asia and the Russian Federation. He has also served as a UK Director of Carphone Warehouse and as a Non-Executive Director of Holt Lloyd.

Terry has consulted for a wide range of businesses, from multinationals to start-ups and growing organisations. He has a “hands on” approach and stays involved with client projects through to the achievement of agreed results.

Before joining TCii, Wolf spent over 30 years in the corporate world, based in various countries in Western and Eastern Europe. He led the sales development of Henkel′s detergents business in the Russian Federation for several years.

Wolf′s experience is enhanced by his fluency in English, German and Russian and a deep understanding of cultural differences.

Before that, Melissa set up the brand communications team for digital branding agency Rufus Leonard and, back in 1995, co-founded the technology PR agency Bite Communications, winning Apple UK as its main client.

Melissa has written two books on branding: More than a name: An introduction to branding (2006) and The Fundamentals of Branding (2009), and writes regularly for brandchannel.

She was also a founding member of the International Management Centre, Europe’s first action learning postgraduate school.

After a spell overseas, in 1983 Sherril established Kennedy Business Solutions in order to apply her knowledge, skills and experience to help organisations embrace and manage change.
