Terry Irwin
CEO and Head of UK Office
Terry Irwin was appointed CEO of TCii in 2004. Born and brought up in Wales, he studied Economics and Marketing at university, followed by an MBA.
Before Joining TCii, Terry spent over 20 years in the corporate world with GSK and Henkel, managing consumer goods and services businesses and living and working in Europe, Asia and The Russian Federation. He has also served as a UK Director of Carphone Warehouse and as a Non-Executive Director of Holt Lloyd.
Terry has consulted for a wide range of businesses, from multinationals to start-ups and growing organisations. He has a “hands on” approach and stays involved with client projects through to the achievement of agreed results.

Ian Munro
Managing Consultant and Head of Scottish Office
Ian has worked at board level for over 35 years as an operating and main board director, as a non-executive director and as a consultant, mentor and coach. He has worked across a wide range of business sectors for blue chip organisations, and the Public Sector. Today he continues to be hold directorships of several companies.
Pragmatic and hands-on, Ian helps managers and directors cope with change in both developing and turnaround situations. He has a track record of achieving results in tough challenging environments. Dr. Wolf-Dieter Klassert
Managing Consultant and Head of German Office
Wolf was born in East Germany where he began his career as a sales and marketing consultant for trade organisations.
He has since focused on FMCG companies operating in Europe, South America, Africa and more recently The Russian Federation and ex USSR countries.
Before joining TCii, Wolf spent over 30 years in the corporate world, based in various countries in Western and Eastern Europe. He led the sales development of Henkel's detergents business in the Russian Federation for several years.
Wolf's experience is enhanced by his fluency in English, German and Russian and a deep understanding of cultural differences.

Sumeet Hansrajani

Gabriel Kow
Managing Consultant and Head of Malaysian Office.
Gabriel has a wealth of experience in global business turnarounds and development strategies for international companies.In total, Gabriel has turnaround 14 major businesses in Asia Pacific, Europe and North America. Previously, he was President and CEO, Huntsman Global Surface Sciences Division where he successfully integrated eight businesses into a coherent, profitable group with an annual turnover of US$ 1.7 billion. Prior to this, he led the redevelopment and sale of Rhodia’s European Surfactant business achieving EBITDA of 7.3 xs in a depressed market. In addition between 1983-1996, Gabriel was instrumental in turning around Glaxo and later GlaxoWellcome companies in Australia, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong and China.

Azuil Barros

CEO of Quantum Consulting
Azuil was appointed CEO of Quantum in October 2004. Before taking this position he spent 11 years as a business development consultant.
Azuil was born and brought up in Portugal and studied Management at Oporto University followed by an MBA.
Between 1994 and 2000, he also taught at the Faculty of Economics at Oporto University.
In 2007 Quantum joined TCii’s international network and Azuil now represents TCii in the area.

Dr. Alexey Larionov
Managing Consultant and Head of Russian Office
Following his PhD in economics at the University of St. Petersburg, Alexey has specialised in logistics and supply chain.
Before Joining TCii, Alexey worked with telecoms company Lucent Technologies and consumer goods specialist Henkel, running their supply chain operations. He has also worked for Russian companies, including Meat Land Logistics and Distribution, one of the country’s leading importers and distributors of frozen and fresh meat.

Steve Ellis

Steve is an experienced business leader with over 25 years of experience in Asia Pacific. Steve, originally a sales and marketing professional and experienced in general management, was most recently President of Henkel KGAa’s Technologies division for Asia. During his tenure he achieved high, double digit growth through a period of rapid organizational change. Talent management across different cultures is integral to success in the region and Steve has extensive experience in this area, both organically and through M&A integrations. Steve has lived in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo and Melbourne.
Steve is now based in Hong Kong and deals with CEO and organizational development needs along with a strategic business focus for the region.

Guy has worked with large corporates ranging from WS-Atkins to the BBC, but much of his experience has been gained working for SMEs and dotcom start-ups, where he has designed and implemented network, server and desktop solutions.
After graduating from Bristol Guy worked for the Associated Press based at BBC Television Centre, providing both technical assistance and training throughout the UK and Europe. He has also worked for TRT and CNN News channels in Turkey.

Chris Stanley
Managing Consultant
Chris is a versatile and flexible Business Executive with senior international line and consulting experience at major firms including Unilever, KPMG, BOC, Burger King, and Capgemini.
Chris has over 25 years experience across many industry sectors in supply chain management and implementing change. Starting as a process engineer, he worked for Unilever for 16 years and was their “Man in Havana” starting up Unilever’s business in Cuba. More recently he has developed consulting businesses, led major projects and been a global supply chain director.
