Brian Ballard

Brian BallardBrian has over 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing and management in the electronics and computing industries, in Europe, USA, Hong Kong and Australia.

He has received many accolades for sales and marketing performances with Data General, Olivetti and MAI, including Salesman of the Year award from Data General.

The last 15 years have seen Brian working as a consultant for growing business enterprises. He is also a lecturer with the Australian Institute of Management and lectures in business planning and key account management at TAFE SA, the largest provider of vocational education and training in South Australia.

Dr. Wolf-Dieter KlassertWolf was born in East Germany where he began his career as a sales and marketing consultant for trade organisations.

He has since focused on FMCG companies operating in Europe, South America, Africa and more recently The Russian Federation and ex USSR countries.

Before joining TCii, Wolf spent over 30 years in the corporate world, based in various countries in Western and Eastern Europe. He led the sales development of Henkel's detergents business in the Russian Federation for several years.

Wolf's experience is enhanced by his fluency in English, German and Russian and a deep understanding of cultural differences.

Andrew BlatiakAndrew has been consulting on Central and Eastern Europe issues since 1989. He worked with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) project for the School of Privatization in St. Petersburg (1990-1992) and the World Bank on a £200 million fund in Russia to develop entrepreneurial activity (1992-1996). He also advised the Czech and Romanian governments on foreign investment.

He was involved in the mass privatization program in Poland and managed assets valued at over £350m in the first Central European program to restructure state owned enterprises using World Bank and EBRD funds.

Since Jan 2001 he has been helping companies market their intellectual property and to find funds for central European investments and was also instrumental in the restructure of the Poznan and Warsaw City Councils.

In 1993 he joined Xerox Emerging Markets in an international operations role, and lived and worked in India, Middle East and Africa, marketing hardware, software and services. He moved to Europe in 2004 as Head of Marketing for Danka Europe plc (now Ricoh-Infotec).
