What do we do?
We offer a free Business Health Check to managing directors or owners of any business employing more than five people. The Health Check is carried out at a meeting held (ideally) at your premises.
We’ll discuss your business in detail and focus on the areas most important to you. There will be ample time to look at any issues, opportunities or problems.
What can you expect?
At the end of the discussion we will review the issues debated and highlight areas where you can reduce costs, gain competitive advantage and achieve sustainable, profitable, growth.
What do we need from you?
We take a structured approach in order to get a good understanding of your business in a reasonable amount of time. The meeting will last around two hours, and we ask that all decision makers attend. That way, we have input from all the 'stakeholders' when discussing key business issues.
